Terms & Conditions

1. General #

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, subscription, and use of the products and services (“Services”) provided by Effortless (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Services.

2. Payment and Subscriptions #

All payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing-related inquiries and processes payments based on the billing schedule set by us. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date, as managed by Paddle. The total price at checkout includes applicable taxes and fees calculated by Paddle. Refunds are subject to the refund policy outlined in Section 3 of these Terms.

3. Refunds #

Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

Revit Add-Ins #

  • Defective Products: If the software is defective or does not function as described, we will provide support to resolve the issue. If it cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Non-Delivery: If the digital product is not delivered due to technical issues, please contact us within 5 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued if the issue cannot be resolved.

Important Note: By downloading or accessing the digital product, you waive your right to withdraw from the purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as the product is considered “used” once the download or access has started.

Custom Development Services #

Custom development services are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in a written contract. Partial refunds may be considered for incomplete projects, based on the scope of work completed.

Refund Request Process #

To request a refund:

  • Reach out through our contact form.
  • Provide your order number, product/service details, and an explanation of the issue.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 20 business days.

Exclusions #

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to meet minimum system requirements.
  • Issues caused by third-party software, plugins, or services.

4. Updates and Support #

During your subscription, you are entitled to receive updates and support for the software as detailed in the EULA.

5. User Responsibilities #

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws while using our Services. Unauthorized distribution, sharing, or misuse of the Services may result in termination without refund.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction #

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.

7. Changes to Terms #

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
